CRM Assessment Identifies Importance of On-boarding Members

 

Reebok’s Professional Community, ReebokONE, wanted to create a strong fitness community fostering discussion and collaboration amongst fitness professionals.

Ciarlo Consulting conducted a CRM assessment including member acquisition and retention strategies.  The team identified lack of member engagement due to high number of community offerings; there was so much for members to do!
